MaintenancePulse was born from a simple observation: the electrical maintenance compliance market has terrible software. We're fixing that.
MaintenancePulse was born from a simple observation: the electrical maintenance compliance market has terrible software. Existing tools produce reports that are hard to read. Their interfaces are designed for people at desks, not people in the field. And nobody building them has actually maintained a transformer or assessed a switchgear.
We're different. Our team combines 20 years of software development with hands-on electrical engineering and safety training expertise. We've assessed facilities, trained maintenance crews, and built compliance programs — the same work this software is designed to support.
We went through the ILT startup program, refined our ideas with the Greater Saint Cloud Development Corporation, and talked to dozens of facilities, brokers, contractors, and engineers. Every conversation confirmed the same thing: this market needs a better tool, built by people who understand the work.
We also want to be honest about where this started: with prayer, and a belief that we were being pointed in this direction. Proverbs 3:5–6 has guided how we've approached every decision — not leaning on our own understanding, but trusting that if we do this work with integrity and serve people well, the path will be made clear.
That's MaintenancePulse.

Name to be added soon.
The best compliance platform makes experienced engineers faster and more consistent — not a substitute for their knowledge.
It's not enough to do the work. You have to be able to show the work — to your broker, your auditor, your board.
NFPA 70B isn't bureaucratic overhead. Electrical failures kill people and destroy facilities. The standard is the floor, not the ceiling.
Whether you're a facility, a broker, or a contractor — we'd love to have a conversation about how MaintenancePulse can help.
